After auditioning tons of fabrics from my stash for the binding of the baby D chevron quilt (that just weren't quite right), I found these sweet little red polka dots hiding in the corner of my closet. Ever have a week where nothing is going quite right and all you want to do is complain and sit on the couch and watch netflix all day? Happy Wednesday! This week I was able to finish putting together this chevron quilt top for baby D. I also got the whole thing basted!!! I'm pretty excited about how much I got done, so I'm letting myself forget all of the other things I neglected this week :) I'm thinking for quilting, I'm going to follow the chevron lines and keep things pretty simple.
